Technology
Our role as a school is to prepare students for the world of today and of tomorrow, and this means equipping students with skills and the confidence required to use technology. The school has been focusing on further developing its Information Technology facilities in order to meet the needs of online teaching but also to enrich the learning experience of our students and the opportunities to use IT in the classroom for our teachers.
Technically well-equipped classrooms throughout the school buildings, teacher and student tablets and laptops, a high-performance IT lab and the latest standard infrastructure and WIFI network are available, and further development of the programme is an ongoing process in our school. Internal and external experts are supporting us in those matters.
For older students our school's curriculum offers the opportunity for study in Digital Design in the IB Middle Years Programme (grades 6-10) as well as a Computer Science course as part of the IB Diploma Programme (grades 11-12).
We are committed to creating a learning environment that fosters student engagement, and in doing this in a way that enables good use of modern technology.
