Employment

At ThIS, we believe that everyone is a learner. This approach is embedded in our values which encourage both faculty and support staff to expand their knowledge base, their skills and their capacity to meet the ever-changing needs of our 21st century learners.

ThIS is committed to Child Safeguarding in its daily practice and in its hiring practice. The safety and wellbeing of our students is the foundation on which we build our learning community. Our staff, our visitors and the members of the community are expected to share this commitment and this will be reflected in our recruitment process which includes police checks, questions on candidates' suitability for working with children and direct conversations with current and former employers.
